EX+ is a subscription to our analysis, data, and record. It is not the purchase of an individual pick or a bet, and there is no per-play or à-la-carte purchase. Access depends on an active membership. Current prices, and any free trial, are shown on our plans page and at checkout before you pay.
Your membership renews automatically — each month on a monthly plan, or each year on an annual plan — and your payment method on file is charged the plan's price at the start of each new term, until you cancel. The recurring charge and renewal terms are shown to you before you pay and again here.
Annual plans are charged in full, in advance, at the start of each yearly term. We email you a reminder before each annual renewal with the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel, so you can cancel first if you want to.
Free trials. If your plan starts with a free trial, a card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts into a paid term of the plan you chose and you are charged that plan's price when the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. One free trial per person.
You can cancel online, anytime — no phone call, no retention maze:
Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the billing period (or trial) you already have; it is not cut off early, and you won't be charged again. We email you a confirmation with the date your access ends.
You can switch from monthly to annual, or annual to monthly, in your account settings. The switch takes effect at your next renewal date: you keep your current plan until the period you already paid for ends, and the new plan's price is charged at that renewal. Switching is not prorated — there is no partial refund or credit for the rest of your current term.
Because EX+ delivers information immediately and continuously, membership fees — monthly or annual — are generally non-refundable once a period has begun, and we do not give partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time, except as listed below or where the law requires. Cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period. That said, we want you treated fairly:
EX+ is offered to U.S. residents. We don't promise a separate "cooling-off" or withdrawal period beyond what's above, but if the law where you live gives you one, nothing in this policy takes it away.
To ask for a refund, email support@edgextreme.com from the address on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
If a renewal charge fails, we (through Stripe) may retry it and ask you to update your card. Paid features may pause until payment succeeds.
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for service you used may result in your account being closed.
We may change membership prices going forward. We'll email you before a new price applies to your membership; it takes effect only from your next renewal after that notice, never for a period you have already paid for. If you don't want the new price, cancel before that renewal; otherwise your membership renews at the new price.
